 I am pleased to announce that I am
personally sponsoring the Work All Maryland Award. This is available to
everyone. |

1.) No date restrictions. Contacts can be from any date. |
|
2.) Contacts may be from any band or mode. |
|
3.)
NO REPEATER CONTACTS ALLOWED |
|
4.) Washington, DC (District of Columbia) counts for EITHER Montgomery or
Prince George's county but NOT both. |
|
5.) QSL cards must be checked by (2) hams general class or higher who are
NOT related to the applicant. These individuals must sign the application
form. |

6.)
You MUST send a 9X12 SASE with your application. Failure to do so will
result in your application NOT being honored !!!!! Any envelope that is
smaller will result in award being folded.
If you wish to make
a small donation to offset printing costs please feel free to do so, but it
is NOT required. |

7.) Endorsements are available for band and mode. |
|
8.)
You must submit the application form filled out. I will NOT accept USA CA
numbers since I would not have any record of band or mode. |
